* All equipment to be returned clean, or cleaning charges may apply

  * Long term hire rates are available on request

  * One day minimum charge on all deliveries

  * All scaffolding is to be dismantled and accessible for pickup

  * Hire charges are for time out - time used

  *Half day hire is four (4) hours, or overnight (3.30pm to 8.30am)

  * Abrasives, fuel etc are charged as extras at current retail rates

  * Tyres,tubes and lights are totally the clients responsibility

  * Risk assessment forms and material safety data sheets are available for most

     items upon request
